Safety of the children is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults. By staying at our vacation home all Guests agree to indemnify owners from all responsibility and liability for any accidents which may arise from use of this property, specifically but not limmited to the pool table, sauna, jacuzzi baths, hot tub, decks and pool.
